It is essential to understand that First Response Disaster Relief is a not-for-profit, volunteer organization devoted to providing aid in emergency situations. By contacting us, YOU ARE ASSUMING FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OF LIFE, LOSS OF PROPERTY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE while in communication with or while being assisted by First Response Disaster Relief.
Via contact with us, you are RELEASING, WAIVING, DISCHARGING, AND COVENANTING NOT TO SUE, any persons acting on behalf of First Response Disaster Relief from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any injury, loss or damage , that may be sustained by you, or any property belonging to you while rescues/assistance is being performed.
It is First Response Disaster Relief’s expressed intent that this release and hold harmless agreement shall bind the members of your family and spouse, if you are alive, and your heirs, assigns and personal representatives, if you are deceased, and shall be deemed as a RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, and CONVENTION NOT TO SUE the above named RELEASES.
In your continued pursuance to contact us for help, you acknowledge and represent that YOU HAVE READ THE FORGOING WAIVER OF LIABILITY, UNDERSTAND IT AND AGREE TO IT VOLUNTARILY as your own free act and deed; no oral representations, statements or inducements, apart from this written statement has been made, and YOU EXECUTE THIS RELEASE FOR FULL, ADEQUATE AND COMPLETE CONSIDERATION FULLY INTENDING TO BE BOUND BY SAME.
